When fiddling around with some bricks to see if I had enough of them to build a third hood, I decided to built a drag truck. As such a truck neither had visible fuel tanks nor those thick exhaust pipes, my decision solved two of my problems: I was out of those pulley wheels I used to take for the exhaust pipes and my supply of bricks for the fuel tanks was also running low.

The model still lacks steering, the mechanism to open the hood (although the hood is a separate part) and a really big and powerful V12 engine.
But if will ever have to take apart one of my models, this might be my first choice.
Model dimensions:
Length: 57cm, width: 19cm, height: 23cm

In terms of variety, the custom Kenworth drag truck is a good addition to the standard "Kenny" and the (also unfinished) Peterbilt wrecker, making them a powerful threesome of US trucks.
