This gallery features pictures of various LEGO® models I came across.
I simply felt that these models deserve to be shared with the rest of the world.

Sorry for the bad picture quality, but I took the pictures through a glass show-case, which obviously didn't work so well ...

I actually took part in this contest. Read more about it at "My LEGO Story".

N.Y. Yellow Cab

I photographed this model in 2000 at the so called "LEGO® World Tour" at our local GM (Opel) dealer in Hamburg, Germany. This tour featured some famous land-marks/buildings/sites from around the world, created with LEGO®. The models looked rather old and worn, like they have really toured the world for a long time.

Ferrari Testarossa

Another model I photographed at the above mentioned "LEGO® World Tour". A huge Ferrari in front of Rome's Coliseum. The model was made out of basic bricks only, including the tires. Like all models at the show, the bricks looked kind of worn and were probably from the same time the real Testarossa came out.

I saw the real Volvo Show Truck, as it toured major German cities to promote the new sets for 1999.
Afterwards I spotted the model of it in Miniland,
Legoland Park,
Billund, Denmark.

Here is another cool truck from the Legoland Park's Miniland.

This truck is featured in

"The Ultimate LEGO Book",
published by Dorling Kindersley Limited, London in 1999.

This is a great book and a must have for every LEGO® fan. Go buy it.

In my opinion this truck was the highlight of the new 2001 Hollywood scenery of Miniland,
Legoland Park, Billund, Denmark.

This models is also featured in
"The Ultimate LEGO Book",
(That's where the above picture is from)

Gotta love those cool shark fins, but this '58 Chevrolet Impala obviously had some trouble in the above scenery.

I spotted this great model in the Hollywood scenery of Miniland
(Legoland Park, Billund, Denmark)
and also in
"The Ultimate LEGO Book",

Why isn't such a great model available as a Model Team set?

This very cool model is on the cover of
"The Ultimate LEGO Book",
This is the kind of model I would like to see as the next release in the Model Team series (If this series isn't dead already).
